Kal has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1999. During his university studies in health psychology, he became interested in the mind-body connection. In particular, how physical, mental and emotional stressors affect our body and health. Intuitively he was drawn to massage therapy and after completing his degree he began his studies in massage therapy and completed the program in 1999.
Committed to life long learning, he has taken numerous post graduate courses further enhancing his strong clinical skills. He is trained in a wide variety of techniques and modalities and has worked in diverse practice settings, often collaborating with other health care providers to provide the most effective care to the patient.
Kal is a past examiner for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as well as previously teaching various massage therapy treatments.
